This is a great place for a picnic on the quads or UTV's to look over Skull Valley to the west and as far as Kingman to the north.
Quads, UTV's, or horseback no problem. 4WD possible, but a little narrow and will probably get some desert pinstriping. Take the trail that has the cattle fence all the way back or park at the fence and hike in.
