I drive by this park, and the much larger one across the street almost every day. There are caches in the larger of the two, but this one always seemed to say "hey, I'm here too!" It just so happens that it was a perfect setting for a few ideas I've been meaning to throw together. As is my goal for my caches, I would like them to be found. However, I feel a challenge can be much more rewarding. This one should fall nicely in between. To start your quest today, please utilize the on site parking provided. Now its time to look for some clues.
Complete the coords for your next stage:

A= In the parking lot, the # of signs on the fence.
B=Looking at the signs, what is the sixth digit of the ord#.
C=Find the 4 digit number on the fire hydrant. Add all four numbers together, then subtract 15.
Turn around and observe the plaque. It was dedicated in 19DE.
F=# of letters in the director's last name.
G=# of letters in the director's first name.
H=# of first names that begin with the letter "C"
