The fourth rank in Boy Scouts on the trail to Eagle is the First Class Rank. To earn this rank, the boy must complete the basics of scouting, including going on at least 10 outings (including campouts), learning cooking and safe storage of food, being able to identify at least 10 local plants, passing the BSA Swim Test, and begining to show leadership in the troop, to name a few.
Walk down the gravel road until you come to a split. Stay on the main trail.

7/27/22 Update - From the Garbage Can, look towards the creek. You should see a small opening in the tree line that some people use to get to the creek. To the right of that opening (10-15 feet) just inside the tree line. There is currently a old rotting log nearby. Container is off the ground.
