Geocache Description:

We are the McLeans and are a geocaching family.  This cache was done on Father's Day 2016.  Our father/grandfather is buried here as are many of our relatives.  

We hope you enjoy solving our mystery that leads to the cache.  Please be respectful of the loved ones buried here and only cache from dawn to dusk and do not cache if a service is being held.

Once upon a time Robert Joseph & Sylvia Rickard settled in Massena Center in a farmhouse not far from this cemetary.  

A= the digit that repeats 5 times on the stone of Robert and Sylvia Rickard.

Robert's grandparents Thomas S. & Adelaide Rickard had an infant grandson pass away.  The infant was the son of John and ?.  

B=the number of letters in the name of the wife of John Rickard minus the number of letters in the month the infant died.

Sylvia Rickard had a good friend that she bowled with named Madge who was married to Paul Hartford.  

C=the number of letters on the prayer listed on Madge & Paul Hartford's stone minus 9 (use only the first digit of your solution)

Historians tell us that our relative PVT Daniel Kinney fought for our freedom in the Revolutionary War.

D=The year of Daniel Kinney's death is 18D7.  

Many of our community members grew up listening to WMSA and Sam's wonderful world of 78s.  Jean Frazier's husband Sam was the creator of this program and grandfather of Alsmypal one of the contributors of this cache.

E=The last digit of Jean Frazier's birth year

And the phrase "all because two people fell in love" describes our dad/grandfather & mom/grandmother Red & Martha McLean

F=The number of girls Red & Martha McLean had.
