The starting coordinates for this cache are in teh parking lot on the south side of US 224. From the parking lot, follow the trail east across the footbridge. Once you come to the clearing for the horse trail, follow the trail to the right. Follow this trail until you see the post on the right at the fork in the trail. From this point you have two different routes that can be taken.
The Quick Route
Go to the left and follow the trail a short distance to an intersetion. Turn to the right at this intersection and follow the trail to the next fork in the trail. From this spot you can see the Blanchard River.
The Scenic Route
From the post mentioned above in the Quick Route, continue following the trail to the right until you come to the next fork in the trail. From this spot you can see the Blanchard River.
Stand in the center of the fork in the trail facing the Blanchard River. From here you can see three thick tree trunks nearby; one upstream, one straight ahead and one downstream. The cache is within 10 feet of the downstream tree.
