Welcome to Vandiver Park. This is a quiet little park that has a walking track and a play ground for the little ones to play on, it even has a basketball ball court and a few pavilions with picnic tables so you can get out of the sun.
No need in going over or around the fence. You are looking for a hanging bison tube that is along the fence in the park. Watch out for muggles when attemping to get to and signing the log so this cache will be here for the next to find.
