Stop at Paghungawan Marsh for a quick Park 'n' Grab. Beware of crocodiles!
This marsh is under protection by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources here on Siargao Island. The Philippine Crocodile is a species that is disappearing according to the locals so this spot deserves some notice in my opinion. The marsh on the way to Pilar, Magpopongko (Rock Pools) and Pacifico. It's a stunning drive on the XRM. Enjoy!
