Found this park while running around town many years ago. Not entirely sure why this park exists, but it connects two roads via a trail. When I 1st found the park it was made up of 2 or 3 loose gravel paths thus the "neglected" in the name. In early 2019 they did renovations to what you see today. You can either park on Grafton Drive or Friar road as they are the 2 roads that are at the trail exits. Please note if you go in by Friar road there is a paved trail that brings you into the park. It is not someone's front lawn even though it may look as such. Happy caching!
