International Geocaching Day 2016 - Wellington Event

Where:  The Khandallah Trading Company. Located on the corner of Ganges Road and Agra Crescent, Khandallah.

When:  Saturday 20 August between midday and 2 p.m.

Getting there: Khandallah is serviced by bus routes 43 and 44 from town which terminate by the New World supermarket.  Or if you are coming by train the venue is a 2-minute walk from "Boxhill" station.

The third Saturday in August every year is International Geocaching Day

This event is normally hosted by Boxhill but he anticipates he will be unavailable this year so TregearP and I are helping out.

This is an informal get-together to celebrate International Geocaching Day with your geocaching friends.

Geocachers who log an "Attended" at an Event or a "Found it" for another cache type on International Geocaching Day earn a souvenir on their Geocaching.com profile page.

Turn up any time between midday and 2 p.m. for a catch up over a coffee, soft drink or whatever you wish to partake of and may be some lunch too – see the KTC Day menu for options.
