The LPC (Light Pole Cache or Lamp Post Cache) is a staple for cachers everywhere. They have stumped newbies many times, but are a must for veteran cachers looking to keep daily streaks going or filling holes in a geocache vacant area. Some veterans don't like them because they're too easy and cliche. Most of the time, they're hidden underneath the metal or plastic box (a.k.a. 'skirt') that covers the bolts that tie the pole to the concrete support. Sometimes, the CO will make it a bit more difficult and use magnets to attach the container to the inside of the metal skirt, so it's not obvious that it's there right away. They can be muggled fairly often, so please be aware of your surroundings and make sure no one sees you making the grab. This location, however, is currently vacant, and as long as you park your car between the street and GZ, you will effectively block your activities from all prying eyes. This one is also nice because you probably don't have to even get out of your car for this one, if you angle your parking job just right. Enjoy!
