We are coming to the end of the dirt section you have been travelling on and getting onto the tar again and about to head north, before we do, stop here, there is plenty of room, and wander just down from the road for an easy find.
When we placed this, there was a pretty, small creek running, more than likely a temp creek from the melting snow and ice, but it was pretty just the same.
This should be a really easy find at the base of a tree.
Before you rush out onto stage 2 of The Road Less Travelled, PLEASE note the following:
- All roads have been picked to be 2wd suitable, IN THE RIGHT CONDITIONS.
- Roads/Forests can be closed due to a variety of reasons. If the road/forest is closed, do not drive on/enter it.
This is NOT a power trail; this is a touring trail designed to be done at a more relaxed pace over a few days. No need to rush, there are plenty of accommodation options along the way for all budgets from free camping and caravan parks to B&B, hotel or motel in some towns or nearby.
