Geocache Description:

Well, after 4583 days of geocaching, Racer57 has reached 5000 finds. (Big Deal!! What took him so long?) He is going take this occasion to celebrate with a small event and to refer to himself in the third person.

Geocachers will look for any reason to celebrate and while a measly 5000 finds in central Texas is hardly a footnote, it is a good enough reason to meet for breakfast before a day of lifting lamppost skirts. So, after 695 logged DNFs, 4583 days, covering 151 months, parts of 14 years, 48 states, and 7 countries, it’s time we had some fun.

Bring your travel bugs!!! Any travel bug left at the celebration will be taken to New York City where it can mugged, bullies, and increase its mileage.

Souvenirs!!!!! No, you will not get a souvenirs you get on your stats page. But, you will get a nice little souvenir for this event. Prepare to be wowed!! (Or not, please read the announcement I made on 6/29.)
