The Canyon Traditional Cache

Hungry Valley is a pay area, $5 a day (or an annual pass) and is an OHV park.  This cach is only accessable by dirtbike or ATV. A 4X4 vehicle could get near the cache, but would then have to walk about 1/2 mile the rest of the way into the cache.  I would not reccommend only hiking in, as there will be fast moving vehicles around every corner and could be dangerous. 

Hungry Valley is one of my favorite places to be.  It is beautiful, serene, and fun!!!!  I placed this cache in the perfect place for a rest and photo opportunity!!  One of the more scenically majestic places in the park, I believe.  Besides.... it would seem I am one of the last geocachers to find a large portion of caches in this area... and many were logged over a year ago.  So, I thought perhaps if I placed a new one, we could get some cache action back out here into the wild wildneress.  

I placed a brand new FTF mini coin for the FTF to keep as a souvenir (please activate, even if you keep it!). Motivation to get some action back on these trails & a token of your success for heading out into the wild wildneress and blessing this area with more caching!  

You are encouraged to post a picture of you and your group (or perhaps just your vehicles) in the area of the cache!   Pictures are fun!  And this place is awesome!  I take pictures here all the time and would love to see yours!!
