The posted co-ordinates will bring you to the end of Springbank Road
Here you will find two different signs, each with three digit numbers.
The three numbers to the right will help you find the south co-ordinates, the three numbers to the left will help with finding your easterly coords.These numbers now become your false co-ordinates that you need to work from.
To find south you need to subtract 689 and east is found by adding 875
