Geocache Description:

This cache is a hanging micro container that can be found at anytime.

The Running of The Bull is a practice that involves running in front of a small group of cattle, typically six,of the Toro Bravo breed that have been let loose on a sectioned-off course of the town streets.

The most famous of the Running of The Bull is the 8 day festival of Sanfermines in honour of Saint Fermin, held now traditionally between the 6th and 14th July, this festival begins each of the 8 days with a firework parade at 8am that then continues throughout the day and into the night, these festivals are also traditionally held in other small towns and villages across Spain,Portugal and some cities of Mexico, and also southern parts of France during the summer. Many people and the cattle are often injured or even worse killed during these annual parades.

Spanish tradition says that the true origin of the run began in northeastern Spain during the 14th century. While transporting cattle in order to sell them at the market, men would try to speed up the process by hurrying their cattle using tactics of fear and excitement.

Today it is known for more then 20,000+ each year will travel to these events and are willing to put their lives at risk to Race against The Bull.
