Dart Valley View Multi-Cache

The location of the cache is on The Dart Valley Trail, a nine-mile walk which starts in Dartmouth, crosses the river, heads up to Greenway, crosses the river again to Dittisham and heads back down to Dartmouth. There are some wonderful views to see along the way.

This cache is placed with the kind permission of The National Trust local warden.

The location is high up on the slope of the Dart Valley that looks down onto the River Dart and gives views all the way down to Dartmouth.

Please be aware that this section of the Dart Valley Trail goes through a field and may have cows in at various times of the year.

The co-ordinates will take you to a junction in the paths. Here you will find a finger post. There is a telephone number on one of the plaques. 01548 ABCDEF. (checksum A to F = 19) You will need this to find the final cache location which is very close by. Please do not show any photographs of the plaque that might give the co-ordinates away, but feel free to add pictures of your visit to this beautiful location. The cache contains only a log sheet, so you will need to have a pen / pencil to record your visit. There is no room for swaps or trackables.
