This geocache is not about Camp Gilead! But rather a chance for you to reminisce about your first camping experience. My first camping experience was with my Dad. We didn't have a camper, tent or anything else. We would take our sleeping bags and sleep out under the stars. One time as we did this in the middle of the night it started to rain like cats and dogs. We grab our stuff and headed for a pavilion and slept on the picnic tables. That is until a raccoon came crawling across my Dad's sleeping bag. He began kicking and yelling to get rid of the raccoon that he kick the zipper out of the bottom of his bag. We were all soak and wet and now with my Dad's sleeping bag ruined, well we headed home that every hour of the night. Looking back on it I wouldn't trade that night for anything in the world.
