There were initially 12 caches published in this series, but 13 were actually placed. When it came to publishing them, it was found one was too close to another, which is why the other sign hasn't got a cache near it.
Two and a half weeks later this cache has now been relocated to here. A coincidence in the cache numbering of this series means that it was placed somewhere between No. 9 and No. 10. As I couldn't use a whole number, I used a bit of creative license to maintain the magical theme of the series, hence the cache title.
