The cache itself is easy to access, but getting to Floreana itself may not be! It is the most remote of the inhabited Galapagos islands, with only ~130 residents.
The island of Floreana has an intriguing human history about a handful of Germans who attempted to colonize the island in 1930s which ended up in the mysterious disappearances and deaths of several people. The story is available as a documentary called The Galapagos Affair: Satan Came to Eden. The Baroness von Wagner was a key player in those events, hence the name of the cache.
