By the side of Route 246 near the Ichigao Station of Den-en Toshi Line, there is a digital display showing congestion situation of the Tomei Expressway. The display was removed permanently for unknown reasons and the basement only remains.
The cache is hidden somewhere in this display near the basement of the removed display.
