The Fireplace: A Goonie Adventure Letterbox Hybrid

This cache is part of a series located at the Red Wing Recreational Area with permission of the land owner. All caches in this series are along marked and unmarked trails.  If you find the want to bushwack any distance, you're going about it the wrong way.  No need to know the movie "The Goonies" to find these caches, but it could make for more fun.  Remember to CITO where needed so we can all enjoy this beautiful property.

The fireplace in the abandoned restraunt plays a pivitol role in the movie.  This is where the Goonies first find their way into the tunnels on their quest to locate One-Eyed Willy.  This is where they start to really believe that the treasure map and stories are absolutely true.  Find this fireplace and it wont lead you to a hidden tunnel, but it will get you a nice smilie.  Feel free to use the stamp located within the container, but return it so that others may also use it.
