Slick Shoes: A Goonie Adventure Traditional Cache

This cache is part of a series located at the Red Wing Recreational Area with permission of the land owner. All caches in this series are along marked and unmarked trails.  If you find the want to bushwack any distance, you're going about it the wrong way.  No need to know the movie "The Goonies" to find these caches, but it could make for more fun.  Remember to CITO where needed so we can all enjoy this beautiful property.

Slick shoes is another of Data's inventions.  Although the other Goonies tease Data about his creations, they do work and actually save the Goonies while escaping the criminal family, the Fratelli's.  These shoes are inspired by the "oil slick" gadgets found in James Bond's cars over the years.  A small amount of oil squirts out of the back of Data's sneakers to keep the Fratelli's from catching up with the Goonies.  Don't worry about slipping here, these shoes are just for show.
