When leaving Barrie on Mapleview Drive and heading west on to Sideroad 25 you used to have to zig to the right and then zag to the left as the two roads were off set by about 50m. In 2015, Sideroad Road 25 was realigned and now traffic can flow directly from Mapleview Drive - no need to zig-zag any more. This left a green space between the new road and the old and that's where this cache is hidden.
