There is no container to find at the posted coordinates. You do not need to go into the adjacent business to find the cache.
This cache is in memory of Bob Murdock, the ever-present face of Blue Cat. "How you doing baby? What are we drinking tonight?" was how he greeted nearly everyone at the bar. After years as a semi-regular at the Cat, I came to realize Bob was not only a good bartender, but a genuinely nice guy who really cared about the people who set foot through the door. Bob always had a smile, a handshake, and usually a good story or two.
A little over a month ago Bob passed away suddenly. Even for those of us who were nothing more than bar patrons, the Cat and the District itself aren't quite the same. We'll miss you, Bob.
You can read some Quad Citian's memories of Bob at the River Cities' Reader.

At the posted coordinates, look up at the side of the building and you'll see a painting of a catfish. How many barbels (whiskers) does it have? To find the north coordinates, multiply this number by 8 and ADD this amount to the posted north coords. To find the west coordinates, multiply the number by 26.5 and SUBTRACT this from the posted west coordinates. The final location is a short walk away, just off the bike path. Extreme stealth may be required. Please replace exactly as found.
