Here we are at the finale of the Muse series, and it is bittersweet. It started with Aftermath in Febraury of 2016, which was originally going to be called “Bridge Over Troubled Water”, but I found a handful of caches already had that name, so Aftermath was born, and set off a series that was originally intended to go straight down 17th Street SE. This is why Defector is offset from the corner a little bit, and not square on like its counterparts on the other corners are. I have had a lot of fun placing these caches, and it has been a challenge. I can't tell you how many times I've been down these four roads here east of St. Cloud. I would say more than should be allowed. I'm sure those that live along this road have gotten used to seeing my cache mobile.
It took me until July of 2016 to complete the series, because life happens, and I got busy. It also allowed me time to get creative. I'm not saying other series caches aren't great, but some just repeat the same container over and over. I'm proud to say that each container is different in this series. It is my hope that you enjoyed it as much as I did planting them. Please use a few spaces in the log of this cache to let me know what you thought of the series. Please don't write paragraphs, just a few words will do :). The D and T ratings reflect where the final is, not how difficult it is to solve the puzzle.
To solve this puzzle, you're going to need to find out some numbers from the year the single was released. I am only looking for ONE of the four numbers in the year, the very last digit. So say for example I asked for "Uprising". That would be 2009. I would only need the "9". It should not be that difficult once you get everything going.
