Lungo il sentiero 907, una volta superata sulla destra il fronte di frana si raggiunge l'estrema occidentale della cresta del monte e da qui comincia la salita vera e propria subito con la parte più ripida. Una volta terminato il pezzo peggiore, si potrà notare un "camino" sulla destra, verso valle. In realtà questo altro non è che uno dei rilevatori piazzati negli anni '60 per rilevare i movimenti del fronte di frana che continuava a causare smottamenti e boati dovuti all'invaso della diga del Vajont. Quasi tutti questi rilevatori sono andati perduti la tragica notte del 9 ottobre 1963, ma questo, trovandosi a Ovest rispetto alla frana (come potete vedere dal parcheggio, ovvero sulla destra) è rimasto quasi intatto.

Along the path 907, after passing on the right front of the landslide we reach the western extreme of the crest of the mountain and from there begins the actual climb immediately with the steepest part. Once the worst piece finished, you will notice a "chimney" on the right, towards the valley. Actually this is nothing more than one of the detectors placed in the 60 to detect the movements of the face landslides that continued to cause landslides and explosions due all'invaso of the Vajont dam. Almost all of these detectors have been lost the tragic night of 9 October 1963, but this, being to the west than the landslide (as you can see from the parking lot, or on the right) has remained almost intact.
