Geocache Description:

This Geocache is in the vicinity of the old Veazie Ski Slope. Information on the old ski slope can be found on: http://bangorlostskiareas.weebly.com/veazie-ski-area-veazie-me.html. 

This Geocache, is placed near the old Veazie Ski Slope. The ski slope is visible from Route 2 and was located directly behind where the Gagne concrete plant use to be. For more information on the old ski slope, visit: http://bangorlostskiareas.weebly.com/veazie-ski-area-veazie-me.html

Unfortunately, the old ski hill is on private property and this was the closest I could place the cache. When retrieving the cache, be careful of small thorns and uneven terrain.

For easy access to the cache, park alongside Ridgeview Dr. before or after the speed limit sign. The cache is located in a clear Nalgene bottle that has been duct taped over.
