Beautiful views of Carter Park with lots of tall pine trees. Great place to get exercise while in Breck. You can climb the stairs or ride your bike on the switch-backs. You might want to bring your own writing utensil- this is a high traffic cache that lots of people find.
Go to the top of the stairs, and find the posts that say no biking. Go 7 steps down to the big flat step. If you face west, you see the ski slopes. The cache is to the south-- X marks the spot! Watch out for bikers coming down the switchbacks.
