International Geocaching Day at Historic Berrima
Date: Saturday, August 20, 2016
Time: 10am to midday
Where: Join us at Berrima Reserve Park for morning tea. Please log your will attend so we know how many to plan for.
For any out of town visitors this Reserve has a small camp ground suitable for an overnight stay, see 'related web pages' link. There is a childrens' playground, bbq facilities and toilets. The grounds are a five minute walk from Historic Berrima Village.
We will have a TB tray for swaps so feel free to drop swap TBs into the event.
Also please bring along your trackables for discovery as we will cater for them as well.
Will any TBs entered in the 'Duck Derby' make it to the Berrima Event finish line? I hope we see a couple and if any pass this way they will find a lovely area beside the Wingecarribee River which may encourage their stop over.
If you feel like walking off morning tea, there are a number of caches in Berrima and the surrounding areas, so grab the family and head into Berrima for a fun day of geocaching.
This event is open to all geocachers and their families, no matter how long you have been caching. A special invitation is extended to all visiting out of town geocachers. Geo-dogs must be on a leash at all times and waste collected.
Feel free to 'watch' this listing, we will update you of any changes as the date draws closer
