There are spots to pull over nearby, but this road is very busy at certain times. It was quiet when I placed this cache on the weekend.

I was out driving with my friend Ben when placing these new caches. As we approached an intersection, the traffic light turned red ahead of us, but I was shocked as Ben kept his foot on the gas, and zoomed right through the intersection.
I yelled “Are you crazy?! You just cruised through a red light! Why didn’t you stop?”
“That’s how my Uncle Charlie taught me to drive” explained Ben.
“Well, don’t do that anymore. You’re going to get us killed!”
A few kilometres further, I tensed as the next signal turned red ahead of us again. And again, Ben blew right through the intersection as I screamed curses. Ben calmly replied “I can’t help it, that’s how Uncle Charlie taught me.”
I was worried as we closed in on another traffic signal, but relaxed as it turned green before we got there. But then Ben applied the brakes, and stopped the car.
I was confused. “What are you doing? The light is green! Why don’t you keep going?” I asked.
“Well, Uncle Charlie could be coming.”
