RCN Lower Deck Ranks - Petty Officer 1st Class Traditional Cache

A series of caches to educate you on the non commissioned ranks (lower deckers) of the Royal Canadian Navy. PO1 Navy Rank epaulette for the FTF.

This rank no longer displays the cheverons. It has a single Crown....presently the Queen's crown, but will soon be followed by a King's crown (as presently, there are three male heir successors). On the tunic, where the AB, LS, MS and PO2 ranks were worn between the elbow and the shoulder, the PO1 rank is displayed above the wrist. Petty Officer First Class is equivalent to a Warrant Officer (for those that like camping and hiking over sailing    :)
