This is a busy stretch of road at times, so be careful where you park. On the west end of the bridge there is ample room to park off the road, and the cache is located nowhere near the narrow bridge over the creek. You have plenty of room to search without being in danger from traffic.
You're looking for a blue bison tube. Hopefully it will stay in its - ummm - 'container' for a while.
