Who remembers Railroad Salvage, Ruby Vine and Choo Choo? Across the street was their Turners Falls location. It was a dollar store of sorts, now long gone. The shell is still standing. The cache area is a public ramp for going into the river. Many use this area to enjoy it.
It is neat to see the rivers merge and great to see the river have so much recreational use. Bring your own pen.
