Впринципе, можно найти и без навигатора, если двигаться от жд путей по ул. лынькова до дома 99в, затем направо и перпендикулярно всё время держаться прямо, пока "дорога" не завернёт направо, там через метров 300 не будет проёма в заборе, а далее метров 500 прямо.
