Also known as Parking Area 9, this quick pull off with hunting maps for the nearby area is a "pheasant recovery area".
This area almost always needs some citgo. It's called Parking Lot 9, and has a great view of the PPL "cloud makers". We often see people here with dog crates, recovering pheasants. No hunting is allowed here, but the sign shows hunting areas and has a container for maps of the hunting areas nearby.
