I had archived a cache on the Western Plateau because it was too far off trail. I found another location (now that that was archived) and decided to add a little puzzle for you to solve to be able to find it 
In order to find the cache, you will have to gather/determine various information in order to calculate the final coordinates. At the given coordinates, you will find the start of the Hill Canyon trail. Start walking down the trail, and shortly you will see the Conejo Open Space Guidelines on a post. Under the sign is a one that that lists the applicable laws
Let ABC be the first three numbers applicable Penal Code Section
and DEF be the first three numbers of C.R.P.D section
Now, continue down the trail and up the hill on the Western Plateau trail to Pulled in by the Sun (Conejo Cyns #4) where you will see a standing gate. Now let:
G = the number of horizontal pipes in the gate,
H = the number of vertical pipes in the gate, and
J = the number of bolts sticking out of the support post holding the gate
There is a metal structure on the left hand side of the post, and the value of
K is:
1 if the structure is square or
3 if the structure is rectangular or
5 if the structure is triangular or
7 is the structure is circular
The final coordinates are:
N 34° EC.(G+B+1)K(E+J) W 118°KA.(H+F)(G-H)(K+J)
Checksum for all the minutes digits is 49
