From the last cache carry on along the path. After a few yards you will see that the path veers off in the direction of those houses
Having walked this route several times over the last couple of years the last part of this path is usually well marked but can sometimes be obscured by tall crops. These crops do retain moisture - you may well get wet walking through them. You might want to consider putting on waterproofs if the crops are high.
