Geocache Description:

tor·rent

[ tawr- uhnt, tor-]

NOUN

1.a stream of water flowing with great rapidity and violence.

2.a rushing, violent, or abundant and unceasing stream of anything: a torrent of lava.

3.a violent downpour of rain.

4.a violent, tumultuous, or overwhelming flow:

Come and see the physical representation of the word at this location. The floods have since left, but the evidence of this "torrent" still remain.

In 2013, you would have been swimming to this cache. These days GZ now serves as a popular river side retreat for both families and night owls. Although the waters have subsided, random structures still litter the landscape, as a reminder of the true power of mother nature. Find this cache near a particulary impressive wood and concrete structure..... maybe you could sell it as modern art?

A micro sized cache, hidden in clear view, a devious little hide, persistence will pay off, the first to find will hopefully begin a TB's Journey.

Access to this cache is best acheived by following the Sheep River Valley foot path until the large rock clearing to the north of the path opens up. Cross over to the dry river bed and begin the short walk to GZ. Bring a writing stick
