The eggplant is a fruit used in cooking, it is related to both tomato and potato. This fruit is capable of absorbing large amounts of cooking fats and sauces. It is oftened stewed in such things as Ratatouille or Parmigiana. Eggplants can also be used as a meat substitute.
This cache is along Burnt Mill rd. and is closed durning Bald Eagle season. A drive in is nice as long as you have a high clearance vahicle. The walk in is nice also with plenty to see.
