Il ponte di Greco
La Cache è dedicata ad uno storico ponte con larghezza ridotta che ha creato grossi problemi di viabilità per decenni.
Il ponte non permetteva il passaggio ad esempio di due autobus o due grossi camion e la parte pedonale era cosi stretta che non potevano passarci passeggini o sedie a rotelle. Gli stessi pedoni erano a continuo rischio.
Finalmente, dopo diversi tentennamenti, il Comune stanziò i fondi per l'allargamento e il Ponte, come lo potete apprezzare ora, è composto da due corsie con larghezza regolare dove possono passarre due TIR senza scontrarsi e soprattutto da due corsie ciclo-pedonali che prima non esistevano. Il ponte è anche corredato da segnaletica e da bellissimi pali della luce al LED.
Per la maggior parte dei Geocacher questo potrebbe non significare molto, ma per chi è in questa zona l'evoluzione di questa struttura ha permesso di migliorare notevolmente la vita e la sicurezza dei passanti, dei ciclisti e di chi vive sulle ruote.
Che voi passiate a piedi, di corsa o in bici... un ponte... che risolve dei guai.. fa sempre bene. E quindi la cache " ci sta ".

Dorme sepolta o a testa all'ingù è una cache che vuoi di più non è come la guerra di Piero in un campo di grano... non è una rosa.. non è un tulipano.. ma se dai un piccolo tocco ti cadrà prorpio in mano
Bridge Over Trouble Water
The Cache is dedicated to a historic narrow bridge that has created major roadworthiness issues for decades.
The bridge did not allow for the passage of two buses or two large trucks, and the pedestrian side was so narrow that they could not pass strollers or wheelchairs. The same pedestrians were at risk.
Finally, after several attempts, the "Comune of Milano" allocated the funds for enlargement and the Bridge, as you can now appreciate it, consists of two regular width lanes where two Trucks can pass without crashing and above all two cycle-pedestrian lanes that before They did not exist. The deck is also equipped with signage and beautiful LED light posts.
For most Geocachers this may not mean much, but for those in this area, the evolution of this structure has greatly improved the life and safety of passers-by, cyclists and those who live on wheels.
Whether you walk, ride, or ride ... a bridge ... that solves trouble .. it's always fine. So the cache "stays".
