A nice little park with a walking path, playground, picnic tables, benches, and an off-leash area. There are also a number of places to eat close by.
Terrain rating may vary slightly depending on which direction you access this from, and the weather.

A note about parking... Signs in the playground indicate the city tends to ticket alley parkers - and recommends parking on the street on Fairview Drive or Fairmount Drive. However I have seen a number of vehicles parked in the alley (likely by residents) so I can't say for sure, as there is no posted city signage.
