TSUTBE - Where Are The Dancing Chickens? Mystery Cache

The beginning of a small series of caches: TSUTBE (or This Space Used To Be Empty).

This is an easy puzzle cache. The cache container is not at the coordinates noted above.

This is intended to be an easy (I hope) and fun little puzzle, that shouldn't take too many tries. If you run into trouble, please feel free to message me and let me know what your work is so far and I'll try and nudge you in the right direction.

This is Terry. Terry is a chicken. He loves to dance. He is a great dancer. In fact, he is so good that when he dances, you might be tempted to say that he is Poultry in motion.

You must dance along with Terry in order to find the cache.

A NOTE ABOUT ACCESS: As some cachers have noted in their logs, access to this cache is not intuitive as you need to be on the other side of the fence than you will likely find yourself. Once you solve the cache, you may want to consider viewing the location in satellite view on your map/s, or you will find yourself having to take a detour. About that detour... if you find yourself standing near the cache location, silently cursing, the easiest way to get around the fence is to head another 95m SW down the path. Alternatively you can head 210m NE down the path.
