A nice little park with a walking path, playground, picnic tables, benches, and an off-leash area. There are also a number of places to eat close by.
Terrain rating may vary slightly depending on which direction you access this from, and the weather.
While not my favourite hiding location, one must admit it is reasonable for camouflage and winter friendly....

(A note about parking... Signs in the playground indicate the city tends to ticket alley parkers - and recommends parking on the street on Fairview Drive or Fairmount Drive. However I have seen a number of vehicles parked in the alley (likely by residents) so I can't say for sure, as there is no posted city signage.)
