Geocache Description:


The cache is a camouflaged decon container a short drive from the coordinates listed above.  Once you solve the answer, make your way over .  There is ample parking at the final cache location. 

The container has a number of trade items, a travel bug to start with, and a $2 bill for the FTF

The Victor Insulator Company based in Victor, NY (founded 1893by Fred M. Locke) is the oldest insulator company in North America. They originally made glass  for electrical lines. They suspended operations during the Great Depression, but resumed operations in 1935 as Victor Insulators. In 1984, the managers purchased the company from Brown Bover and resumed operating under the name.They also made diner coffee mugs in the 1940s, 1950s & 1960s which are considered iconic to diner culture aficionados.

Since the year he founded the operation is readily available without visiting the site, you will have to make note of the year the sign was installed to determine the actual cache location.

Add this number to both of the coordinates listed below to find the cache location. 

Cache latitude:                  42 56.436 plus mystery number

Cache longitude:              77 22.771 plus mystery number
