Knagur Green: Due to no response from the CO after the request to maintain or replace the cache, I am archiving it to, stop it showing on the listings and/or to create place for the geocaching community.

The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported.

Geocache Description:

this one is placed in the Chelsea Area

This cache will bring you to an extension of Welcome avenue. You can approach it fro either the Kragga Kamma side by taking Welcome ave, or you can approach from the Seaview rd side .

it is in the Chelsea Conservancy area. After heavy rains, this road is sometimes flooded, and then one can only approach from the Kragga Kamma rd side. Should be a quick roadside cache, but then perhaps not. 

The original cache was muggled. It was a rock, who would muggle a rock. anyhow replaced with an easier one.
