A quick drive by field puzzle mystery for inquisitive minds. No measuring tools are required.
You are looking for a Bison tube that IS NOT located at the posted coordinates but is EXACTLY 30 metres from them at a bearing of 325 degrees true north. When you get to the posted coordinates you can use your GPSr for the bearing or look around for the very obvious sign to point you to the cache which is 30 metres away, no further, no less. I've been very curious about these "things" over the years as they are all over Waterloo Region. I have no idea what they are for and can't find any reference about them on the interwebs. So I thought I'd bring people her to see if they know. Anyone?????
