A cache with a breathtaking view of the Ohio Statehouse and downtown Columbus skyline. You are looking for a small, magnetic container with room for a log sheet and small tradable items. BYOP! Special reward for FTF, although the real prize is the spectacular view. Be sure to bring a camera.

I park at this location every day, and decided to venture to the roof one day. What I discovered was a magnificent view of downtown Columbus! To get the smiley, park near Young and Capitol Streets (no need to pay to enter parking garage) and enter the garage lobby at street level. Catch a ride to the top in the elevator. Sunsets and evenings are extra special. Stealth is required.
