This event, to be held for the second time at Buttenshaw Park, Springwood, has it all. Public amenities, picnic tables and play equipment for the kids. There are lots of caches within a reasonable distance. There's even a heated swimming pool and gym if you are so inclined.
Come along and chat, eat and cache. Whether you are a seasoned cacher or just starting out, you can catch up with people you know or some soon to be friends, and get hints on those caches that are driving you crazy. it is a good chance to grab a few caches in the winter while the slithery ones are still hibernating.
The event will start at 10.00am with a group photo at 12 noon and we will continue till at at least 1.00 pm
It is also the last day of the HQ Duck Dash, so we'll see how many ducks end up at this event. Don't forget to log your travel bugs and coins in and bring them along to drop off or be discovered.
