Geocache Description:

A short drive-by series along a narrow (not recommended for RV’s or Campervans) recently (according to local farmer met on the day)  had tarmac applied to the edge of the forest. Some of these caches were donated to the 2016 North Wales Mega event for placement in the Llangollen Area.

The old maps show a picnic site in the forest which has now been closed due to illegal raves (local knowledge  and I think is where this series finishes). Parking for dog walkers is still available there or you can carry on if in a 4x4 to Ceiriog .

 

Meanwhile stop occasionally to take in the splendid views .  Be CAREFUL the drop offs are steeeep !
