Placed in an area that is becoming all too familiar in urban New Zealand - the decline of the traditional "high street" shopping strip. With the increasing popularity of the mall, foot traffic on the high streets of New Zealand is in decline. The Hutt City Council is trying their bit to regenerate the city centre in Lower Hutt, with varying degrees of success (or failure, whichever way you look at it!). At least this cache will attract a few people back to the shopping strip...
The cache is a camo'd eclipse tin, with a log only, so please bring your own pen.
I would normally say watch for muggles for these type of caches, but truth is there probably won't be many...
